| Although some said it is fine to put bra in the washing machine, but hand-wash is recommended. It will be better to wash in cool water with gentle detergent or lingerie detergent. Please do not put your bras in the dryer. Heat will break down the spandex. |

How do I prevent my panties from riding up? |
| If this is a constant problem, you are probably in the wrong size. Therefore, measure yourself, you will probably find that you need to go a size bigger. However, if the size is correct, your panties may have lost their shape and need to be replaced. |
