Health care for breast during getting pregnant |

Almost as soon as you get pregnant, you will notice changes in your body. This is caused by surges of female hormones in your body.
From around six-twelve weeks into your pregnancy you may start to notice a change in your breast size as well as strange sensation such as tingling, swelling, sensitivity or tenderness. This is normal as your body is preparing to feed your baby.
During early pregnancy, fat builds up in the breasts. There is a gradual increase in size during pregnancy. By twelve-weeks, you can notice that the cup size will be changed from Cup A to Cup C and from Cup B to Cup D. These changes show why it is important to wear a comfortable, supportive bra. Although you will be able to continue wearing your old bras for a while, it will not be long before they become uncomfortable. That is when it is a good idea to get fitted for a couple of new bras, even some bra for pregnancy might be looked in ample size and unfashionable.
It is very important to have a well supporting bra. All of the breast tissue should fill the cup without any bulges above the fabric. Underarm tissue should also be contained and again, not bulging above the fabric. Your breasts may keep growing in both size and weight throughout the first three months of pregnancy.
You may not be able to reduce tenderness in your breasts, but you can do some things to ease some of the discomfort and provide some relief. You need a comfortable bra which supports the increasing weight of your breasts and does not compress the breast. It will also support your back muscles. A good maternity bra should have wider shoulder straps to give as much support as possible include extra rows of hooks so you can adjust the size as your body changes. Choosing the one that you can properly hook it at the first inner one, is recommend, to allow longer use as you increase in size. This is to protect the delicate ligaments that hold up your bust.
Unsupported breasts can lead to stretched ligaments and permanently sagging breasts after birth. You may need to be measured two or three times during your pregnancy. It is always best to try before you buy and to be measured |
